How many people can this location accommodate?

  • Because of Maggie’s Corner’s intimate indoor/outdoor spaces, the number of people we can accommodate depends on the individual event variables. Our average event size is between 50 and 100 guests. We invite you to contact us to discuss your event and whether or not we are a good fit. 

What is the rental fee and what is included in that price?

Wedding or Premiere Event (10 hours venue access)

  • *$1,500 for up to 50 guests
  • *$1,750 for between 50 and 75 guests
  • *$2,000 for between 75 and 100 guests

Standard Event (three-hour minimum). Hourly minimum rate depends on the size of the party, the day of the week, and last minute openings.  Hourly rates vary between $50 and $100.

Is a deposit required?

Yes.  For Premiere Events, there is a $300 ‘Reserve A Date’ non-refundable fee that is converted to a security/damage deposit on the day of the event. Unless the event exceeds the time rented, or there is damage or loss to the property, this deposit is fully refundable within three days post inspection.For Standard Events, there is a deposit that varies based on

Are tables and chairs included in rental fees?

We have tables and chairs available for rent,  however, they are not included in the base rental fee.

Is Maggie’s Inspiration draping included in rental fees?

No. Maggie’s Inspiration draping is optional with custom touches for each event.

Is access to the pantry included in the rental fees?

Access to the pantry is an additional $50 per event.

What does pantry access include?

The pantry is stocked with assorted beverage dispensers, platters, dishware, flatware, glasses, serving trays, chafing dishes, metal tubs, and assorted decorations, all of which are included in the $50 fee.

Is there a bride’s changing area?

Yes. The Bride’s Suite includes a large dressing area and a luxurious spa-like bathroom with a shower and jetted tub.

Is there a full-length mirror in the bride’s dressing room?

Yes, there is a beautiful full-length mirror that is not only perfect for dressing but for pictures.

Is there a groom’s changing area?

Yes. The groom’s lounge includes a dressing area, bathroom and a television with remote control.  🙂 

Is the site handicap accessible?

Yes. The venue is a single level venue with three double-door entrances for easy wheelchair access.

Can I rearrange furnishing and decorate to suit my purposes?

Yes, you are welcomed to move things around to suit your purposes.

Is it possible to start the setup the day before?

We are flexible and will consider this extended opportunity on a case-by-case basis.

Are we required to retain a specific caterer, florist, DJ or other wedding vendors? 

 You are free to choose your own vendors. Some restrictions may apply.
